A nineteenth century mahogany longcase clock with movement by Ja Melrose of Edinburgh, the enamelled dial panted with floral spandrels having roman chapters and two subsidiary dials beneath a landscape arch, the crossbanded hood with swan-neck pediment surmounted by brass finials, with door flanked by fluted columns.
